Shannon Russo has more than 20 years experience in the human capital management industry.  Applying the same tenacity she used to summit Mt. Rainier in 2007 and the discipline required to become a nidan in Karate, she has grown Kinetix into one of the premier full-service talent acquisition and consulting firms in the country.

Previously, Shannon was a Corporate Officer and Vice President of Finance at Spherion Corporation.  She also held management positioins at large, private and publicly traded companies such as W.R. Grace & Co., M&M/Mars Inc., Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics Management at Ohio Weselyan University.
