Rainier in 2007 and the discipline required to become a nidan in Karate, she has grown Kinetix into one of the premier full-service talent acquisition and consulting firms in the country.
Previously, Shannon was a Corporate Officer and Vice President of Finance at Spherion Corporation. She also held management positioins at large, private and publicly traded companies such as W.R. Grace & Co., M&M/Mars Inc., Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics Management at Ohio Weselyan University.
